Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (250 g) frozen strawberries
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice and grated zest of 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Defrost the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix quark, sugar, lemon juice and zest. Fold in cream. Puree the strawberries with the hand mixer. Stir in vanillin sugar.

    Layer the quark and strawberry puree in four dessert glasses. Decorate with balm leaves.
