Lasagne with salmon

Ingredients

  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 30 g Flour
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 500 g Salmon fillet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 9 white lasagne sheets
  • 100 g Bel Paese cheese

Directions

    Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain (catch the cooking water) and let it drain well. Peel and finely chop the onion. Melt the fat in a saucepan. Fry the onion until transparent.

    Add flour and sauté while stirring. Add cream and 1/4 litre broccoli water bit by bit and stir well. Season sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Rinse salmon cold, dab dry and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut broccoli florets smaller if necessary. Wash the dill, dab dry and chop. Pour some sauce on the bottom of an oven dish. Place three lasagne plates on top. Cover with half of the broccoli and salmon. Sprinkle with dill and pour some sauce over it.

Sprinkle some sauce on top and cover with the remaining lasagne plates. Add the rest of the sauce. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes

    Cover again with lasagne plates. Spread the rest of the broccoli, salmon and dill on top. Sprinkle some sauce on top and cover with the remaining lasagne plates. Add the rest of the sauce. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over it. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes
