Wash the dill, shake dry and chop the flags roughly. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry 3 slices of bread crisply for 4-5 minutes, turning them over. Take them out. Heat 2 more tablespoons of olive oil and prepare another 3 slices of bread in the same way. Halve the garlic clove. Rub the garlic with the cut surface over the slices of bread and let the bread cool down
Season the sour cream with salt and pepper and spread it on the bread. Mix crabs and dill, season with salt and lemon juice. Put the prawns on the breads and sprinkle with some cayenne pepper. Cut the breads diagonally in half and serve immediately
