Kohlrabi radish salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 medium sized kohlrabi
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 2 Apples (e.g. red peel)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100-150 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 1-2 stem(s) Dill
  • 1-2 stem(s) Lemon balm

Directions

    Peel, wash and roughly grate the kohlrabi. Clean and wash the radishes and slice or cut them into thin slices. Wash, quarter and core apples. Coarsely grate up to 2 quarters for garnishing and immediately mix with 2 tablespoons lemon juice

    Whip the cream until semi-stiff. Season to taste with 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with kohlrabi, apples and radishes. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

    Wash the dill and lemon balm, cut finely and stir into the salad. Season to taste again. Cut the apple quarters into thin slices and garnish the salad with them
