For the compote, wash, peel, quarter, core and dice apples. Bring to the boil with juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Let it cool down.
Wash the lemon, grate the peel finely and squeeze the juice. Whip the cream until stiff. Cream cheese, 2-3 tablespoons sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, lemon zest and juice. Stir in Kamamehl.
Fold in 2 portions of cream.
Layer the compote and kamacreme in 4 dessert glasses. Garnish everything with some pieces of fruit.
