Cut apples into quarters, peel and core them. Cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cream 125 g fat, 100 g sugar, vanillin sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer.
Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix 225 g flour and baking powder and add in portions. Stir in milk. Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill in the dough and smooth it down.
Spread apples over it. For the crumbles, knead the remaining flour, sugar, remaining fat, almonds and marzipan and spread as crumbles on the apples. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 60-70 minutes.
If necessary, cover 20 minutes before the end of the baking time. Let it cool down on a cake rack. Dust with icing sugar. Whipped cream tastes good with it. Makes about 12 pieces.
