  • 200 g peeled and cored apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 100 g soft butter/margarine
  • 60 g Fructose, salt
  • 3-4 drops of vanilla aroma
  • 1 egg, 120 g flour (size M)
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Raisins
  • 7-10 Tbsp Spray cream to decorate

    Cut apples into slices and sprinkle them immediately with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown

    Cream fat, fructose, salt and aroma with the whisks of the hand mixer. Stir in the egg. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve over it and stir in

    Coat a small springform pan (20 cm Ø) thinly with fat. Fill the dough into the form and smooth it down. Place apple slices on the dough in a fan shape. Wash and drain the raisins. Sprinkle evenly on the dough

    Bake the cake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Let them cool down. Decorate the cake pieces with a small cream tuff if desired
