Iceberg lettuce with cherry tomatoes and crab meat

Ingredients

  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 150 g Surimi
  • 7-10 Tbsp a small box of sweet corn
  • 100 g fresh goat cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Finely chopped chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ingredients sauce
  • 200 g Mayonnaise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sweet mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

    For the dish you can use vegetables from Europe. Cut the salad into strips and place them on the plate as a base.

    Arrange the quartered cherry tomatoes and the sliced crab meat sticks on top. Add the corn.

    In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, salt and pepper.

    Arrange the salad with the sauce and crumble the goat cheese over it.
