Wash chicken wings and pat dry. Mix oil with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Rub chicken wings with oil. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes.
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Halve the avocado, remove the core and peel the flesh. Finely chop the avocado flesh, garlic and lemon juice with a blender.
Season to taste with salt and chilli powder. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into chips. Dry french fries well and deep-fry in portions in approx. 170 °C hot fat for approx. 5 minutes. Season finished French fries with salt.
Arrange wings, fries and avocado dip.
