Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 75 g Butter
  • 75 g Icing sugar
  • 75 g Flour
  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cardboard
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Cut out a circle (approx. 15 cm Ø) from cardboard as a template. Twist the cut out circle to a cone and fix it with adhesive film. Melt butter, mix icing sugar and butter with the whisk of the hand mixer, alternately add flour and egg white. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place a template on the baking paper. Put approx. 1 tbsp.

  2. 2

of dough in the middle of the template and spread it evenly thin. Carefully lift off the template. Bake the dough in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 150 °C/ convection oven: 125 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 12 minutes until golden brown. Remove, while still hot, from the baking paper, place the paper cone on the dough circle and quickly wrap it around the cone to form an ice cream wafer. Process the rest of the dough into 7 more ice cream wafers. Vanilla ice cream tastes good with it.
