Peel and chop the onions. Clean, wash and possibly halve the mushrooms and tomatoes. Fry onions in hot butter. Fry the mushrooms for approx. 8 minutes, turning them until golden brown. Add tomatoes after 5 minutes, season
Arrange mushrooms with crème fraîche. Wash the chives, chop them finely and sprinkle over them
Drink: cool rosé wine
