Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean and wash the greens. Celery in small pieces, carrots in slices, leek in rings cut. Peel and finely dice onion. Wash and dry the Kasseler and cut into small cubes. Cut cabanossi into thin slices. Heat oil in a pot.
Brown the sausage and cabanossi in it and take them out. Sauté onion, potatoes and soup vegetables in the frying fat. Add stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add pork, cabanossi and marjoram and cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish potato pot with marjoram
