  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Pumpkin seed or olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 discs Hard cheese (e.g. Austrian mountain cheese)
  • 3-4 discs Lean ham bacon (e.g. South Tyrolean bacon)
  • 5-6 Radishes
  • 20 g Radish sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pumpkin seeds

    beat vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and oil, peel, chop and add onion

    Cheese rind. Cut cheese and bacon in half. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Sort the sprouts, clean the lettuce leaves, wash both and let them drip off. Pluck the lettuce smaller. Roast pumpkin seeds without fat. Mix radishes, lettuce and sprouts with the marinade. Mix with ham and
