Ingredients

  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 10 discs cooked ham (approx. 30 g each)
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 1 coated tbsp. flour
  • 150-200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Soak the buns. Peel and finely chop the onions. mince, half onions, squeezed out bread roll, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, egg, salt and pepper

    Divide the minced meat into 10 portions and shape it into a slightly oblong shape. Place on 1 slice of ham each. Roll up and pin. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms

    Fry the chopped cannelloni in hot oil in portions all around. Place in a greased casserole dish

    Sauté the mushrooms in the hot frying fat. Fry the rest of the onions, 1 tbsp. tomato paste and oregano briefly. Dust with flour and sweat on. Stir in about 1/4 l water and cream. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Pour mushroom cream over the chopped cannelloni. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes. Tastes good with mashed potatoes or rice

    Drink: cold beer
