Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 Lamb chops (about 100 g each)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 3 Branches of rosemary
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 (150 g each) Heads Mini-Roman salad
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 Stem(s) Chives
  • 1 package (200 g) Zazaki
  • 3 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 red onions (about 60 g each)
  • 1/2 (approx. 150 g) Cucumber
  • 7-10 Tbsp Barbecue aluminium tray

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut the fat edge with a sharp knife. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the thyme and rosemary, dab dry and remove the leaves or needles from the stalks. Mix 6 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice and herbs, season well with salt and pepper. Spread the meat with it and let it marinate for about 1 hour.

    In the meantime, clean the salad, cut it a little smaller, wash it and let it drip off. Wash tomatoes and chives and dab dry. Halve the tomatoes and cut the chives into small rolls. Fill tzatziki into a bowl and sprinkle with chives. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in 2 tablespoons of oil. Peel onions and cut into rings. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and cut it into thin slices. Fry the meat on a hot grill in an aluminium bowl for 4-8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, while brushing with the remaining marinade. Arrange meat, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and some curd on plates. Drizzle salad with dressing.

    Peel onions and cut into rings. Wash and clean the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and cut it into thin slices. Fry the meat on a hot grill in an aluminium bowl for 4-8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, while brushing with the remaining marinade. Arrange meat, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and some curd on plates. Drizzle salad with dressing. Serve the rest of the curd cheese separately. Grilled flat bread tastes good with it
