Wash the meat, dab dry and cut the fat edge with a sharp knife. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the thyme and rosemary, dab dry and remove the leaves or needles from the stalks. Fry the meat on a hot grill in an aluminium bowl for 4-8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, while brushing with the remaining marinade. Arrange meat, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and some curd on plates. Drizzle salad with dressing.
