Peel garlic and dice finely. Wash the coriander, dab dry and remove the leaves. Cut the leaves finely. Mix chilli sauce, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, garlic and coriander. Wash asparagus, cut off woody ends.
Cut asparagus spears in half crosswise. Boil up plenty of water with 1-2 tsp. salt, sugar and 1 tbsp. lemon juice in a large pot. Cook the asparagus for about 6 minutes. Peel prawns, except for the tail fin, and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Put 3 prawns on each wooden skewer. Scald the noodles with boiling water, let them simmer for about 4 minutes, take them out and quench them. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Fry the prawn skewers in it in portions while turning for about 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and remaining lemon juice, keep warm.

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a frying pan. Add the noodles and fry for approx. 3 minutes, season with 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce and remove. Arrange noodles, shrimp skewers and asparagus on plates. Add chilli-soy sauce
