Grapes with grappa cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g seedless grapes
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 350 g Soured milk
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Grappa
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice for dipping
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 (approx. 15 g chocolate rolls) Milk chocolate bar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash the grapes, drain well and cut off 4 small panicles for decoration and put aside. Pluck the remaining grapes from the stems and leave them whole or cut them in half as desired. Put the grapes into glasses. Whip cream until stiff for the cream. Mix soured milk, sugar, vanillin sugar and grappa.

    Fold in cream and pour the cream over the grapes. Dip the remaining grapes first in lemon juice, then in sugar and place on top of the cream. Cut small rolls from the chocolate with a peeler and sprinkle on the cream. Serve decorated with mint
