Wash the grapes, drain well and remove from the panicles. Cream soft fat, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in eggs one after the other. Add milk and orange peel. Mix flour, starch and baking powder and finally stir in. Spread the dough on a well greased fat pan of the oven (approx. 38 x 34 cm).
Spread grapes on top. Bake the cake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Let it cool down on a cake rack. Serve sprinkled with sugar crystals and icing sugar. Decorate with lemon balm
