  • 7 Eggs (size M)

  • 100 g white couverture
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Cream fat, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve onto the fat egg mass and stir in. Put the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a grid. Prick the cake evenly several times with a fork and sprinkle with juice.

Let them cool down afterwards. In the meantime, wash the grapes, cut small panicles from the grape and drain well in a sieve. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating and melt it on a hot water bath. Let it cool down a bit, put it into a freezer bag and cut off a corner with scissors. Carefully sprinkle chocolate door strips over the cake. Decorate with the grapes and dust with icing sugar. Results in about 24 pieces
