Grandma Heidi's noodle salad

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 small tin of peas
  • 2 small cans of mandarins
  • 1 glass Mushrooms
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 small chicken sausage
  • 1 large glass Miracle Whip
  • 500 g Croissant noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar, pepper, salt

Directions

    Cook the pasta until al dente, quench and let it cool down a bit. Drain mandarins and peas. Peel eggs and cut into small cubes. Chicken sausage also cut into small cubes.

    Drain the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces if necessary.

    Mix everything together. Fold in Miracle Whip and season with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar. It is best to let it soak overnight in the refrigerator. Season again the next day if necessary.
