  • 1 package Powdered sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Vanilla flavored"
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 400 ml apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) ground
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pistachios or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) soft
  • 7-10 Tbsp butter/margarine
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 3 (45 g) easy go. Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash gooseberries. Stir sauce powder, 3 tablespoons sugar and 6 tablespoons juice until smooth. Boil up the rest of the juice and gooseberries. Stir in sauce powder, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 1 minute. Stir in pistachios. Let cool down

  2. 2

Cream fat, vanillin sugar and 1 tablespoon sugar in a high mixing bowl. Stir in egg. Mix flour and baking powder. Alternately stir in buttermilk

  3. 3

Coat the waffle iron with a little oil. Bake 2 waffles from the dough one after the other and divide into hearts. Arrange with the groats and dust with icing sugar

  4. 4

It is quicker with ready-made waffles. If you bake them in the toaster for a few minutes, they taste like fresh
