  • 200 g Sugar

    Place a sheet of baking paper on the work surface. Caramelise 200 g sugar in a wide pan until golden brown. Remove from the heat, allow to cool for about 2 minutes until the caramel becomes viscous. Make caramel threads with the help of two forks.

    Dip forks into the caramel. Threads are already forming when you pull out the caramel. Pull them as long as possible over the paper. Repeat until the caramel is used up. If the caramel becomes too firm in the meantime, heat it up at low heat until it becomes viscous again.

    Pack the finished threads airtight (in high humidity, such as in the refrigerator, angel hair will dissolve!)
