Goat cheese au gratin on toasted bread

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 Head lettuce (e.g. oak leaf lettuce)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Nuts (e.g. hazelnuts or walnuts)
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Goat cheese thaler (approx. 80 g each)
  • 4 discs (approx. 80 g) Rye baguette
  • 4 discs Salmon ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wheels and parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad and tear it into pieces. Chop nuts and roast them in a pan without fat. Take out. Squeeze lemon. Mix lemon juice, salt, pepper and some sugar. Whip 1-2 tbsp. oil into it. Mix salad and marinade

    Cut the goat cheese taler in half horizontally. Cover baguette slices with cheese and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil (possibly olive oil). Bake under the hot grill or on the highest level in the oven for 3-4 minutes

    Arrange goat cheese toast with some salad and 1 slice of ham each. Sprinkle with nuts. Garnish with lemon and parsley if desired
