Gnocchi with creamed mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 500 g fresh gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 250 g small mushrooms
  • 50 g dried tomatoes in oil (glass)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil (e.g. the tomato oil)
  • 50 g Diced ham
  • 150-200 g Whipped cream
  • 2-3 stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Place the gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain the gnocchi

    Clean, wash and possibly halve the mushrooms. Drain and chop the tomatoes

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the ham in it and take it out. Sauté the mushrooms in the frying fat. Fry gnocchi and tomatoes briefly, season. Add cream, bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes. Wash the basil and remove the leaves. Season gnocchi pan to taste. Sprinkle with basil and ham
