Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Federation small carrots
  • 1 piece(s) (approx. 20 g) Ginger
  • 1 TABLESPOON light syrup
  • 3 TABLESPOONS light soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 1/2 bunch/pot of coriander
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Clean, peel and wash the carrots (leave some carrot green). Peel and finely chop the ginger. Mix with syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice.

    Mix carefully with carrots.

    Spread the carrots in the middle of four pieces of baking paper. Place the paper all around the filling and seal it. Place the packet on a baking tray and bake in a hot oven for about 25 minutes. Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck off the leaves.

    Sprinkle over the baked carrots.
