Garlic prawns on salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 raw shrimps (with shell; approx. 250 g)
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lollo bianco or 1 lettuce
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 100 g salad cream, 6 tablespoons milk
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS pickled green
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)

Directions

    Peel the prawns and remove the intestines. Wash the prawns

    Clean, wash and drain the salads and pluck them into bite-sized pieces. Wash, clean and slice the strawberries

    Mix salad cream and milk. Add peppercorns. Season to taste with Worcester sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper

    Peel and chop the garlic. Heat oil and fry garlic in it. Add the prawns and fry on each side for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove

    Arrange salad with strawberries and prawns. Spread the sauce over it
