Pour cold milk into a tall narrow mixing bowl. Add cream powder and mix briefly with the whisks of the hand mixer on the lowest setting. Then stir at highest setting for about 1 minute until creamy. Fold in chocolate crumbles, up to a tablespoon. Divide the cream pudding into 6 glasses.
Whip the cream until stiff and pour over the pudding. Place glasses in a cool place. Wash the strawberries, drain well and clean. Cut the strawberries into slices and place them on the cream just before serving. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate sprinkles and serve decorated with lemon balm
