  • 280 g Medjool dates
  • 50 g Quinoa
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut oil
  • 150 g Granola (cereal)
  • 250 g Natural soy yoghurt with coconut
  • 120 g Coconut flake
  • 2 Bananas
  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Halve the dates and remove the seeds. Spread a springform pan (22 cm Ø) thinly with oil. For the base, finely chop dates, quinoa, coconut oil and, except for 1 tbsp, muesli in a universal chopper. Pour into the mould and press down to a smooth base. Chill for about 30 minutes.

    Mix yoghurt and grated coconut. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Wash blackberries and dab dry. Sort raspberries. Carefully remove the base from the mould. Spread yoghurt mixture on top, spread bananas, blackberries and raspberries over it and sprinkle with the remaining muesli.
