Wash the orange hot, grate dry and peel the peel with a peeler. Fill orange peel, star anise and pistachio kernels into a bottle. Fill with olive oil so that everything is covered. Leave to stand for 3-4 weeks
Tip: It is quicker if you place half of the prepared bottle in a pot of water and keep it warm for 30-40 minutes shortly before boiling. Take it out and let it cool down. The waiting or infusion period of 3-4 weeks is no longer necessary
