  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs
  • 250 g + 375 g flour
  • 100 g + 175 g + 100 g sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 125 g + 200 g + 75 g soft butter/margarine, 8 eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 5 TABLESPOONS milk, 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla" (for cooking; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 2 (450 g each) jars of plum jam
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar

Directions

    Grease a fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix 250 g flour, 100 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 125 g fat, and 1 egg into crumbles using the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Put in a cool place

    Cream 200 g fat, 175 g sugar and 1 sachet vanilla sugar. Stir in 4 eggs individually. Mix 375 g flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk. Spread on the fat pan

    Cream 75 g fat and 100 g sugar. Stir in 3 eggs individually. Stir in curd, sour cream and pudding powder. Spread plum puree on the sponge mixture. Spread the quark and sour cream icing on top. Sprinkle the crumbles over it

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 40-45 minutes. Let them cool down. Dust with icing sugar if necessary. Whipped cream tastes good with it
