Fried roast beef rolls filled with mozzarella and dried tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 30 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 12 paprika-filled olives
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 12 discs Baguette (approx. 15 g each)
  • 150 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 12 discs Roast beef (about 30 g each)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 12 wooden sticks or toothpicks

Directions

    Drain dried tomatoes and olives separately. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry 6 slices of bread for 3-4 minutes while turning them over until golden brown. Fry the remaining slices of bread in 1 tablespoon of oil in the same way.

    In the meantime cut the mozzarella into small strips. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Take out bread and let it cool down. Wipe the pan with kitchen paper. Wash and drain the lettuce.

    Wash the meat and dab dry. Cover slices of meat with mozzarella and dried tomatoes and roll up. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Place meat rolls in the pan with the seam side down and fry for 1-2 minutes.

    Then fry for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown all around. In the meantime spread the sour cream on the slices of bread and cover with salad. Put olives on one end of the wooden sticks. Take out the meat rolls, let them drip off for a short time and stick them on the bread with the wooden sticks.
