Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 16 King prawns (approx. 30 g each)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash, clean, seed and finely dice the chillies. Remove the shrimps from their shells and remove the intestines. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf and fry the shrimps in it for about 5 minutes.

    Add the chilli and garlic just before the end of the cooking time. Season with salt.
