Fried potatoes with meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 washer Toast
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Pork sausage
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Noble sweet paprika
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 30 g dried tomatoes

Directions

    Soak bread in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead the bread expressed in pork, onion and egg yolk. Season with pepper and paprika

    Turn small balls from the dough. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan. Fry the meatballs for 10 minutes at medium heat, turning from time to time. Remove from the pan. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes.

    Add the remaining oil to the frying fat. Fry the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Clean, wash and cut broccoli into small florets, add to the potatoes and fry for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add meatballs to the potatoes and heat up briefly. Clean and wash spring onions and radishes. Cut spring onions into thin rings and radishes into fine sticks. Stir both into the sour cream. Chop the tomatoes and sprinkle over the potatoes.
