Fresh summer salad with Serrano ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small lollo rosso salad
  • 1 small Lollo Bianco salad
  • 1 collar Arugula
  • 1 red pepper
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 red onions
  • 100 g Serrano ham in slices
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 (250 ml) Bottle of Miracel Whip salad dressing à la French Dijon

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain Lollo Rosso, Lollo bianco and rocket salad well. Pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Clean and halve the mushrooms.

    Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Mix all salad ingredients. Fry Serrano ham briefly in hot oil. Tear ham into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the salad on the plates. Spread ham on top and pour salad dressing over it.

    Serve immediately.
