French toast with strawberry jam

  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 16 discs (20 g each) Baguette bread
  • 8 TSP Strawberry Jam
  • 30-40 g clarified butter
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar

    Beat the eggs, cream and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Put 1 teaspoon of jam on 8 slices of bread and cover with a 2nd slice. Turn the breads in the egg cream. Heat the lard in a pan and fry the bread slices on both sides. Mix 1 packet of vanillin sugar and sugar and turn the slices of bread in it
