French toast with banana and chocolate

  • 4 Bananas
  • 16 discs White bread
  • 4 TABLESPOONS chopped chocolate
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 40 g Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange juice

Directions

    Peel and slice the bananas. Cover 8 slices of bread with banana slices and chocolate chips. Cover each with a 2nd slice. Beat the eggs and turn the bread in it. Heat butter in portions in a pan.

    Fry the bread in it in portions on both sides. Drizzle with orange juice.
