Fish fillet on paprika

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 large bell pepper (green, yellow or red)
  • 1 small stick of leek (leek)
  • 200 g Fish fillet (e.g. redfish)
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON vegetable broth, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lemon slice and thyme
  • 1 Ciabatta buns

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers and leek. Cut the paprika into fine strips and the leek into pieces. Wash fish and pat dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Sauté the peppers and leek in it. Stir in 100 ml water and stock, bring to the boil. Season the fish with salt, place it on the vegetables and let it simmer covered for about 10 minutes

    Arrange everything and sprinkle with crushed pink berries. Garnish with lemon and thyme. Add the bread rolls
