Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Tomato paste
  • 100 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 TSP + 1-2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Mini-Romana salad
  • 200 g Turkey Breast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 1 can(s) (210 ml) Tuna fish natural
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix milk, eggs, tomato paste and flour to a smooth dough. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 4 tsp. oil in portions in a coated pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Bake 4 thin pancakes one after the other from the dough

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips. Clean, wash and finely chop the salad. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Fry meat in 1-2 tbsp. hot oil for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and curry

    Drain the tuna and chop it up a little. Mix with mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper

    Spread the tuna cream on the pancakes. Spread the lettuce, peppers and meat on top. Roll up and cut in half crosswise
