Feta sticks with apricot and tomato salad

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 400 g Apricots
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 400 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Wash and halve the apricots, remove stones and dice the flesh. Wash, clean and seed the tomatoes and cut the flesh into small pieces. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into fine strips

    Mix all ingredients, season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Cut feta cheese into 12 pieces. Cut wooden skewers in half and put 1 skewer in 1 piece of cheese each. Season with pepper and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Arrange cheese sticks on the salad
