  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel of 1 untreated lime
  • 50 g Flour
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1 can(s) Peaches (850 m)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Peach liqueur
  • 500 g Whipped cream
  • 1 pack of Cheese cream cake cream with decorative sugar
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 TABLESPOON ground pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime slices and balm
  • baking paper

    Alternately fold the strawberry puree and cream into the beaten egg white, do not stir. Pour the strawberry puree into a bowl and decorate with a halved strawberry.
