Grease a baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm). Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar for at least 5 minutes until fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Add oil and 175 ml lemonade and stir in briefly. Spread on baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Let the cake cool down
Mix icing sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of lemonade. Spread on the cake and decorate with jelly fruits. Let dry
