  • 50 g Coconut oil
  • 50 g Citation
  • 150 g Flour
  • 185 g Icing sugar
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 50 g ground hazelnuts
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 90 g soft butter
  • 150 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 7-10 Tbsp red food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp white and colourful sugar lettering
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bark chocolate
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pistachios
  • baking paper

Directions

    Melt the coconut oil and let it cool down. Finely chop the candied lemon peel. Mix flour, 40 g icing sugar, sugar, vanillin sugar, nuts and salt in a bowl. Add egg yolks, butter and liquid coconut oil and knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Finally knead in the candied lemon peel. Form 16 walnut-sized balls.

    Form approx. 11 smaller balls from the remaining dough. Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 13-15 minutes or 9-12 minutes. Let them cool down. Knead marzipan with 25 g icing sugar and food colouring. Form 7 cones and stick them on 7 larger balls with sugar writing on them. Stick the heads onto 7 more balls. Dust the remaining 2 larger balls with icing sugar and place them on top of each other with sugar writing. Glue one smaller ball as the head with sugar writing on it. Decorate Snow White and the 7 dwarfs with sugar writing. Glue Snow White bark chocolate as hair. Mix 125 g icing sugar with lemon juice and red food colouring to a smooth glaze.

    Stick the heads onto 7 more balls. Dust the remaining 2 larger balls with icing sugar and place them on top of each other with sugar writing. Glue one smaller ball as the head with sugar writing on it. Decorate Snow White and the 7 dwarfs with sugar writing. Glue Snow White bark chocolate as hair. Mix 125 g icing sugar with lemon juice and red food colouring to a smooth glaze. Dip the small balls with the upper side into the icing, let them drip off a little. Decorate with pistachios and brown sugar writing as apples, let dry
