Ingredients

  • 80 g kernel oat flakes (e.g. from Kölln)
  • 400 ml Almond Drink
  • 2 Prunes
  • 1/2 Organic Lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Maple syrup
  • 1 Apples
  • 1 TABLESPOON crushed pistachios

Directions

    The evening before for the porridge, mix the oat flakes with almond drink and pour into two glasses (approx. 300 ml each), for example. Close the glasses and put them in a cool place overnight. Wash, halve, stone and cut the plums into small pieces.

    Wash the lemon hot, dab dry and finely grate the peel. Squeeze the lemon. Mix with maple syrup and lemon peel. Cover and marinate the plum pieces overnight.

    The next day, wash the apple and finely grate all around the core. Stir half of each into the porridge jars. Add plum pieces with marinade and pistachios.
