Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 7-10 Tbsp for about 12 bunny faces:
  • 100 g butter/margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 eggs , 250 g flour (Gr. M)
  • 1 pck. Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 1/2 l milk; to boil)
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Baking Powder
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 200 g + 40 g + 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Dark cake glaze bag
  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Put soft fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. Now beat everything with the whisks of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with pudding powder and baking powder and add this mixture and the milk to the fat mixture and mix everything to a smooth, firm dough

  2. 2

Now preheat the oven: Electric stove: 200°C (convection: 175°C/gas: level 3). Then line the baking tray with baking paper and use a tablespoon to place approx. 12 round piles of dough not too close together (approx. 4 cm apart) on the baking paper, as they become wider during baking. Bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Place them on a cake rack to cool down

  3. 3

Stir 200 g icing sugar with lemon juice to make a glaze. Take 4 tablespoons of it and put it aside. Brush the flat sides of the Americans with the rest of the icing and let it dry. Put the glaze in the bag in hot water for about 10 minutes. Cut off a small corner of the bag. Pour half of the glaze into a bowl

  4. 4

Knead marzipan and 40 g icing sugar. Roll it out to 1 tablespoon icing sugar. Cut out 24 ears with a knife. Put two cloths from the reserved icing on each face and stick the ears on them. Paint eyes, nose and mouth with a brush from the dark glaze and decorate the ears with the cast and glaze
