  • 1 small (30 g) gherkin
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Pot of chervil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Spring quark
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 discs (200 g) Kasseleraufschnitt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil
  • 4 discs Baguette

Directions

    Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chervil likewise chop. Mix cucumber, onion, chervil and quark. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Form slices of cured pork into small rolls. Fill with quark and arrange on plates. Garnish with chervil. Pass the baguette extra
