Ingredients

  • 100 g butter/margarine
  • 200 g + 200 g + some flour
  • 100 g + 50 g + 50 g sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, 3 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 TABLESPOONS milk, 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 200 g Fresh cream
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (30 g) flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Hail and icing sugar
  • baking paper

Directions

    Line a baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm) with baking paper. Melt the fat at low heat. Mix 200 g flour, 100 g sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Add 1 egg. Pour in liquid fat and work everything into crumbles with the dough hooks of the hand mixer

    Mix quark, milk, oil, 1 egg, 50 g sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Mix 200 g flour and baking powder and knead it with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Roll out on some flour to an oval flat cake (approx. 18 x 35 cm). Lay diagonally on the baking tray

    Mix crème fraîche, 1 egg, 50 g sugar and vanillin sugar briefly with a wooden spoon. Spread on the flat cake. Spread crumbles on it and sprinkle with almond flakes

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes. Let them cool down. Sprinkle the crumble strips with coarse and icing sugar
