Melt the fat in a pot and let it cool down. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add 2 eggs and fat. First knead into crumbles with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands. Put 2/3 of the crumbles into the greased fat pan of the oven (approx. 32 x 39 cm) and press to a smooth base. Mix sour cream, vanilla sugar and 2 eggs. Pour the sour cream on the crumble base and spread.
Pour plum puree in thick blobs on top. Spread the rest of the crumble on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas. Level 3) for about 30 minutes. Let it cool down. Cut the cake into triangles and dust thickly with icing sugar. Delicious with sour cream
