Ingredients

  • 375 g Butter or margarine
  • 550 g Flour
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 370 g Apricot Jam
  • 350 g Plum jam
  • 360 g Applesauce
  • 60 g Sugar crystals
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    For the crumbles melt the fat, let it cool down for about 5 minutes. Mix flour, sugar and salt. Slowly knead the liquid fat with the kneading hooks of the hand mixer. Cover and leave to cool for approx. 45 minutes.

    Grease a baking tray (approx. 32x38 cm). Put 2/3 of the crumbles on the baking tray and press it to a base. Spread the apricot jam, plum and applesauce in large biscuits on the base. Remaining crumbles and sugar crystals

    spread it all over. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 40-45 minutes. Let the cake cool down. Serve with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream
