Crêpes rolls with citrus fruits

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 4 tsp butter
  • 75 g Flour
  • 1 egg, 1/8 l milk (size M)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS sugar, salt
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Almond kernels and mint

Directions

    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Mix flour, egg, milk, possibly sugar and 1 pinch of salt to a smooth dough. Stir in liquid butter. Let dough rest for about 15 minutes

    Peel the oranges and grapefruit so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fillets between the parting skins. Squeeze the parting skins, collecting the juice. Mix juice and honey

    Heat 4 teaspoons of butter in portions in a small coated frying pan. Bake 4-6 thin crêpes from the dough, one after the other. Keep warm

    Roll up crêpes and cut into pieces. Serve with citrus fillets and juice. Dust with icing sugar and decorate
