Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS soluble bean coffee
  • 1 package (37 g) Cream-flavoured pudding powder
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

    Dissolve bean coffee in 4 tablespoons of boiling water. Stir pudding powder, sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil briefly. Add the pudding powder while stirring, boil for 1 minute.

    Mix 1/3 of the pudding with dissolved coffee. Pour the pudding in small layers into dessert glasses and chill for about 30 minutes. Just before serving, lightly whip cream and vanilla sugar. Spread over the desserts and dust with cocoa using a stencil if desired
